Returns & Refunds Policy
Tiger Household’s Returns & Refunds Policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you may be entitled to refund or replacement if a product:
- Is faulty or not of acceptable quality
- Does not match the description, sample or model shown
Where a remedy is required under the Australian Consumer Law, Tiger Household will provide a refund or replacement as required by law.
Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required for all claims.
Change of mind
All sales are final. Tiger Household does not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you no longer require the item.
Refunds or replacements will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where a product is deemed faulty or not of acceptable quality.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
- Incorrectly purchased items
- Items unsuitable for your intended use or personal preference
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
To start a return, contact us at tigerhousehold@gmail.com to assess your request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Original shipping fees are also non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Tiger Household is not liable for any items list, delayed, or damaged during transit.
Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted. Do not send any items back until you have received written confirmation and return instructions from Tiger Household.

Refund processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at tigerhousehold@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us as soon as possible at tigerhousehold@gmail.com.
In your email include the following:
- Order number
- clear photographic evidence of the issue so we can assess your claim.
Failure to report issues promptly or provide sufficient evidence may result in your claim being declined.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and personal care goods (such as beauty, hygiene products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at tigerhousehold@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
