RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Tiger Household’s refund and returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or not of acceptable quality

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

  • Does not match the description or sample shown

Where a remedy is required under the Australian Consumer Law, Tiger Household will provide a refund, replacement or repair as required by law. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) will be required.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Tiger Household does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you no longer require the item. All sales are final unless the product is deemed faulty or not compliant with the Australian Consumer Law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Items purchased incorrectly

  • Items that do not suit your needs or preferences

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
