ERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Tiger Household. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

GENERAL

Tiger Household reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Tiger Household reserves the right to amend prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing changes or lighting differences.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Tiger Household reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be reviewed fairly. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping fees and delivery timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

While Tiger Household aims to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes, delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, traffic, or other external factors.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. Tiger Household does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or no longer requiring the item.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.

Proof of purchase is required for all refund or remedy requests.

USE OF PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with provided instructions and for their intended purpose. Tiger Household is not liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow product instructions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiger Household will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, it is limited to the replacement or repair of the product or the cost of doing so.

PRIVACY

Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
